dumbell flies 2 sets
tricep dips 3 sets
chest press machine 3 sets
pec dec i think its called 3 sets
Tuesday biceps/back
lat pulldown 4sets
bent over barbell row 3 sets
seated cable row 3 sets
barbell curls 3 sets
seated dumbell curls 3 sets
Wednesday rest day
thursday shoulders/traps/abs
seated barbell press 4 sets
shoulder press machine 3 sets
dumbell shrugs 4 sets
then various abs exercises
friday
squats 4 sets
squat machine 3 sets
leg press 3 sets
legs curls 3 sets
standing calf raises 3 sets
That is my workout at the minute, just after advice on it really my aim is too get bigger and stronger aswell as losing my beer belly and bodyfat.
