Advice please? Whey etc
Please may Ihave peoples advice I have my program of weights sorted( I think) but I think my diet still needs tweaking! Im male 27 5 foot 9 and weigh approx 11 stone (157pounds) Im looking to gaina little muscle but want to tone up and become more defined Does this sound ok ?
Morning I have WHEY 80 and water (300ml)
9am 45g Oats and Skimmed milk with 1 banana
11am snack - fruit 1 pear 1 plum also have 2 rice cakes and 1 ryvita with lots of lean ham
1pm 2 slices wholemeal bread with 150g turkey, 1 low fat yoghurt.
WHEY shake and dextrose straight after (with 300ml water)
6pm 30g brown rice and stir fry chicken (150g) with tablke spoon of olive oil and lots of veg
9pm WHEY shake and skimmed milk just before bed. Id appreciate advice thankyou
I take the WHEY80 3 times a day I take it with water and once with skimmed milk yesterday was my first day, I have started getting stomach pains that feel like wind but isnâ€™t. Although I have been eating a bit of fruit and fruit can give me the same symptoms. Do you think itâ€™s the WHEY? Please advise thankyou
