Advice plz Intervel rows dos anyone do them

Hello all i was thinking of giveing intervel rows ago i think thats wat they are called,it when you ly under a bar on a rack grab it an pull yourself up to the bar,was gona try them instead of bent over rows,i have sum back probs at the min. just wondering has any1 tryd them or have them in ther routine an are they any good
 
An doing a PPL this is how it looks
 
PULL
Dead lift (have to go light with these 3x10
Wide grip chins 3x8
Rows ( bentover barbell rows/ 1 arm bumbell rows i dont like the dumbell rows but i do them atm) 3x8
Curls ( 2x8 here but i was thinking of doing 2 sets of under hand chins to fail,would that be to much back work.
 
If any1 could give me abit of advice i would be great full, i forgot to say i train at home free weights only thanks

     Anyone . i tryd them on monday felt good how do you add weight to them.

    Never done them i would personally stick to chin ups......Adding weight to your chest could be an option (attaching a plate) or raising the position of your legs so your pulling your full body weight.

    theyre called inverted rows, if youre describing what i think, theyre a great exercise imo but would be worth keeping BOR in there too

    Inverted rows aka reverse rows aka fatman's pull ups.  I do this exercise regualry, generally using gymnastic rings though rather than a bar. 
     
    You can add difficultly by resting plates on your chest (tricky to balance though), draping a chain around your chest if your has them or by wearing a weight vest.
     
    Another way to vary the resistance is to change the height of your feet relative to the rest of your body i.e. feet lower than torso is easier than having your feet higher.

    Awwww thats wat they are called wasnt sure, i did try puting my legs up i had them very hight, had tought about puting a back pack on an puting weight in it.
