Inverted rows aka reverse rows aka fatman's pull ups. I do this exercise regualry, generally using gymnastic rings though rather than a bar.
You can add difficultly by resting plates on your chest (tricky to balance though), draping a chain around your chest if your has them or by wearing a weight vest.
Another way to vary the resistance is to change the height of your feet relative to the rest of your body i.e. feet lower than torso is easier than having your feet higher.
