Advocado's

I just bought 2 as they were on offer.

What do you do with yours, what do you eat them with?

I eat them with salmon and prawns on top with a bit of seafood sauce mixed in and a side salad.

Spinach Cherry tomatoes, Olives, mozzarella and avocado with chilli oil is what i do with them!

RHF's idea is something ive also done numerous times as well, especially with a little lime juice and some quark for added volume and creaminess.

In my standard daily meals tey'll just go with chicken in my later meals as my carbs are replaced with fats.
But in general, they are amazing with prawns and seafood sauce!

I used to have them with tinned tuna, balsamic & udos - mush it all up and its a damn good, and strangely tasty meal.

Typically nowadays, as I don't buy Tuna anymore (no real reason, lol!) I tend to use them as a substitute for seafood sauce in prawn cocktails. Bung in some lemon & tobasco = lovely

i just chop them up and throw them in a salad with some lemon juice alongside my protein.

I quite like them as they are.... but it's a bit like eating make-up or how i imagine it would be to just bite into a lipstick.... weird stuff.
