Aerobics - opinions

Hey people,
What do you guys think about aerobics at teh local sports centre. Is it worthwhile to do when cutting or is it best to stick to some old fashioned cardio?

Cheers

i think its more effective to do something where you can control your intensity...unless the workout happens to be at an intensity that works well for you...the advantage a class has is that it can be fun (depending on the class) and you have to finish the session?

Yeah I think the 'you have to finish' is the important thing. My gym membership covers 'free' aerobics classes as well so I am thinking about doing some!

Boxer that's a great suggestion for Ironhead! Maybe just thinking about the chicks would raise the heartrate juuuuuust enough to eliminate the need to actually participate! [:p]
