After cardio ?

What is best after cardio

a whey and water or just wait for my meal say 1 hr later. btw cardio steady state not too long.

    If your goal is fatloss, then whey in water would be the best choice to stave catabolism. If you are not concerned with fatloss or are maintaining fitness on a bulker, go with whey, glucose and water IMO.
