I personally would give the old liver 3 weeks to a month before hitting the pubs, Just personal choice though.  I dont think one pint would do any harm!

    Epi 40/40/40/40
    350g Protein per day
Liver supps, vits and fish oils
    5-HTP
    Creatine Ethyl Ester

If you're serious about your cycle and keeping your physique, and health, dont drink during your cycle and PCT.

but thats just me, i figure if im going to spend £100 on a cycle, and its benefits also to keep in mind, i can not drink for a few weeks

    ps formadex for PCT? SERM!!

See now thats where I have issues with all this stuff.....

Theres no regulation....no set guides...no clear instructions, to be fair I have to doth my cap to the serious builders that do all this but me, an average joe whos spent a few years at it with standard supplements, I wont be touching PH again (and thats been £150+ lesson).

Yep I'm coming up to week 4, and the not drinking isnt the issue, nor really the results....(I've had slight gains and the strength has just kicked in so I expect better in last two as I go 75/day)...

Its the change in life style, the WHOLE enormity to the life change, can anyone dig that. Im a northern bloke who likes a pint of a weekend, down pub watching the footy having a laugh and enjoying my gym etc......this has turned it all right on its head, Im bored and resent paying £2 for an orange....miss not acting the clown...and the gym has now changed to be more driven....reet took the fun out of everything and left me ratty with a sore back lol

Ive been told the formadex has SERM complex and would be more than sufficient for a H-Drol cycle from a few retailers (hence the purchase)....

Thanks for the answers....thanks feck I didnt do this over summer jjjjjjeeeeeeeeeezzzz

the retailers often tell you anything to get the product sold. theyre out to make money, and it worked.

plus i recall you having a conversation with members here about PCT and how a OTC PCT isnt enough. A serm complex? if its a genuine serm, then its a prescription med and not available OTC.

plus slight gains? sounds like either training or diet wasnt on.

when both are spot on, hdrol virtually always produces great results, and this is why its probably one the most popular otc anabolics out there.

Re: lifestyle change, its all about priorities. Simply put, if you want a good/great body, you have to commit to a cleaner/healthier lifestyle and gym regime. If you're happy with an adequate body, then enjoy the aspects of life eg drinking that give you pleasure and gym in the style that gives you enjoyment.

For me, i miss indulging on bad food, but i love making my body stronger and look better and this is drive enough for me.

To be honest Im only three and a half weeks in and yes to date the gains have been minimal, I feel Im training correctly and eating as I should (I do have Sundays off for a roast dinner etc) but I dont and never have been one for take aways and crap etc.

Im saying M118 that the severity of this as a holistic experience, weighing in with a few lesser sides...change in lifestyle (a specifically individual point), cost, mood, is something that at THIS point isnt my thing!

This may change as my course continues and I will certainly not stop giving it my 100% eating and training. I admire the people that can adapt to this commitment, it just makes life to serious and regimented for me although I'd obviously love the ideal body as that was my motivation for the attempt, and yes that does give a buzz when you feel you look good.

PH is an individual choice, thats all my point is mate.

This PCT, I dont recall mentioning OTC not being enough as my profession means I can't run the risk of an illegal purchase so it would be unusual that I would mention it (but I might of).

On the box its states SERM complex in the ingredients (obviously "complex" is open to interpretation)....In your opinion...a) is the Formadex crap? b).how serious an issue is it that I dont have Nova etc with two weeks to go?

    thanks

hey mate, i just finished my 6 week hdrol cycle, and i gained 7kg (only just starting PCT so im guessing i may drop a little) fact is, if u want gains, eat BIG and train hard. you'll defo start to notice your strength go up now, but you should have hit 75 from week 2.

personally i can handle being away from the boozer, but it does play on your mind a little at times.

    Cheers Latimer,

well Ive two weeks left and I'll get there just out of stubborness really lol, If I was painfully honest id have to look at my diet but I wasnt looking at bulking, just cutting really with a welcome thumbs up if I gainned a few pounds. I'll be going on 75 from tomorrow, digging in for the last two weeks.

Ive body mapped and I've lost about an inch off my waist and put an inch on my chest, whilst about half inch on arms and legs, I feel its doing its job but Im glad Ive mapped as I wouldnt believe it otherwise.

looking forward to the end though mate, strength has really gone up this week, maybe Ill see drastic changes over last two!

when did you see most of your gains mate?

i saw alot of  my gains from week 3, but i was running 75 from week 2. if your eating alot, you should gain well each week. The hdrol is great for increased protein synthesis, so get alot of fish, eggs and lean meat into you. Also make sure every gym session is 100%, otherwise your wasting a very precious advantage.
