Alcohol...what is going to do least damage?

I don't drink often now, got sick of the effects on my physique from just a once weekly session, but going out tonight and want to avoid lager/alcopops etc but still have a drink

Which spirit etc would be best for me calorie/sugar-wise?

^^^^Thats silly, life is for living and balance should be struck. Why punish yourself for going out, just limit the frequency of drinking but the times you do go out enjoy it.

look I am a student, and I am for holidays for the summer in CYPRUS, I go every night out, If i drink every night 1 bottle of vodka then y should I excersise or be in a healthy diet for the rest of the day ?

thats y I am having something i dont like so as to drink it slowly slowly and control my self, bcoz if i drink something that i like, i will say "what the hell what is going to happen if i drink another 1 ? and at the end of the night I will finish the whole bottle and still saying what the hell what is going to happen if I drink another bottle" bad old habbits

Vodka 40%, I think brand Smirnoff. According to Calorieking, one 25ml measure contains 58 cals. Have that on the rocks, yeah, not too shabby...............I think.

Agree with cliff-vtr,nothing wrong with a few drinks now and then.

I,ve tried cutting it out and theres nothing worse than standing there with a glass of diet coke while everyone else is enjoying themselves.

Not saying that you,ve got to drink to enjoy life but a little bit of what you fancy wont hurt you.

last week I went out had a few drinks, probably a couple too many, had abit of a headache in the morning but that was it. This week not drinking.

I prefer to drink when I want to and often ppl will say have a beer and I say no and ppl dont get it. The general thinking is if you drink and a drink is up for grabs then drink it. I dont like that way of thinking, so sometimes I drink and sometimes I dont. Though generally I drink 2-3 times a month. I often go 6weeks or more without a drink sometimes I may drink 3weeks in a row.

Try standing around holding a glass of water with ice, oh the fun!
