top post wrongun

should be stickied in OPED imo!

Yeah its a good post. No need to be stickied though, last thing we want is uneducated people just spotting this wonder drug article and running a cycle. Its something that people should be forced to research themselves.

Agreed! The last idiot i know who killed himself taking DNP was on elitefintess, cant recal his username needto behuge ( i think) they had very detailed dnp stickie back then and he kept mauling over it posting annoying things ..he was a complete tool needless to say the least and he paid the price. If people want to take dnp they should research it themselves not have the information offered to them. Just my 2 pence....

im currently on keto diet and lost a good stone of weight. using ECA stack and clen 2 weeks on/off aswell as tren and test400. Im getting results but im considering doin a week of DNP after hearing good things. i dont tend to suffer side affects from gear aprt from alcholol induced gyno on a gram of test pw.

long story short im goin to start at 200 dnp for a couple of days then increase to 500mg for 10. provided i can get hold off quality stuff.

If your gona do DNP best doing 2 weeks In my personal experience.

Forget alcohol completely, mixing DNP and alcohol would be very stupid and could be fatal.

Here's a link to a posts of mine includes a log and some great info...

dont think your right, literally anyone in the world could get to 8% bodyfat under 200lbs at 5'10 with diet and cardio anyone its a peace of piss to do, literally everyone theese days at my age of 23 is 180 ripped everyone in my circle.....

but 230lbs 6% like me, no not many, and dnp can be used to shed that last bit of fat that covers your abb and stomach veins, along with all the other meds it has its place in Bodybuilding.

i wouldnt use again though as i dont like feeling like im dying tbh

I've took DNP a few times and it works great. You have to be really careful with it though. I read an Australian guy died while taking it, not only was he taking 5 capsules a day (1000mgs) but he went into a sauna!! I don't know what he was trying to do. But its incidents like that, that gives DNP its really bad reputation
