I've took DNP a few times and it works great. You have to be really careful with it though. I read an Australian guy died while taking it, not only was he taking 5 capsules a day (1000mgs) but he went into a sauna!! I don't know what he was trying to do. But its incidents like that, that gives DNP its really bad reputation

This, i did about 18 months of research on it finding out as much as i could, before thinking about doing it, and now with stories like this one and that girl a while back etc, its impossible to get hold of here, afaik. no one wants to touch it, so back to looking for rocking horse crap lol!!

no mate - you won't be on for that long.

3 weeks on DNP really is as high as I would ever take it (that's at a boiling 750/day of crystal) but unless you're over 50, you don't need to bother with a 'PCT' like you would with gear.

Great article. Particularly with regards to the information about the thyroid as there is lot of bro science suggesting t3/t4 must be used alongside which I have found absolute rubbish.

Seems pretty accurate on the whole. Good share especially as DNP is decent again. The stuff from the last few years has been complete horse sh1t

Im using at the minute and only have a few days left thankfully. Well over a stone and a half off. Hopefully a few more days and the fact that I am exercising again will mean more loss and then when I come off the DNP a bit of water might come off too. I am using T3 contrary to my last post. Still don't think it makes any difference as my thyroid was fine following my last cycle but added it this time cos I had some knocking around

I’m hoping this does not go against the rules as it’s not source discussion. Is there a reason at current why DNP would be difficult to get hold of again? Has there been and more bad press on the drug?

DNP has never been the easiest thing to get as most sources and regular users shun it, but now it's all very hush hush because the authorities are really paying attention. For better or worse this isn't America where people die and it's business as usual, I doubt they'll forget about DNP and stop coming down hard on sources any time soon.

Great post and create info throughout.

I am looking to start a cycle of DNP @ 200mg per day. I want to run this for around 4 weeks or so.

I have run it a few years back for 3 weeks at the same dose and felt fine, obviously sweating and getting really hot etc. but other than the normal sides I was fine.

Diet is in check, as is my training regime.
I have my electrolyte tablets to hand, as well as the vitamins I may need throughout.

I know the dangers of DNP, I respect the hell out of it and having previous experience using it I feel as though I am prepared for another round. BUT I am ALWAYS open to learn more and apply the knowledge gained to make it as safe as possible

I'd like to know if anyone has had any experience running it for 4 weeks or more?
- How did you feel whilst on and then off?
- What was your diet like after coming off?
- Any other useful info?

Thanks,

- H

Good post. Thanks for sharing.

I love the stuff however I've had hit and miss with some suppliers of it being underdosed or mixed dosage so gotta be very careful.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year and I found a study where scientists changed the toxicity of it and made it less toxic and releasing longer in the system. They'd managed to cure rats born with type 2 diabetes.

Really tempted to give it a good blast again at some point see if I can help my cause however I kinda think my use of DNP could have contributed to me getting type 2 along with poor life style choices.
