St Ivel gold is good ge the one with the added Omega 3 in it, its full of mostly good fats and no hydro fats. Or you can just get some peanut butter instead, mashed banana, honey, sugar free jam etc

Ive been using flora with omega 3, there isnt that much omega 3 in it to be honest but its just peace of mind i guess because i dont like using butter!

Pure butter is fine as it isn't refined (providing it suits your diet overall). Better choice over low-fat margarine any day.

Anchor butter from grass-fed cows is much higher than white butters in the following things:-

    Beta-carotene.
    Omega-3 fats.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (although the amount is probably not high enough to make a significant difference to anything).

So, don't be a wanchor and slap on some Anchor!
