This is an example when I was away working

    200g steak
    200g potatoes
    Loads of veg

then I had 2 bowls of ice cream, one choclate bar, one ice lolly, 5 weetabix and a pint of milk. Now I havent ate a lot of crap in the past 2-3 months and this was the first time in ages! I just couldnt stop!!!

    Drink water

What does the rest of your diet look like?

    This always always happens?

    Is the potato sweet potato?

Only lately its been happening. The potatoes are new potatoes with skin on. Doesnt matter what it is, brown rice, wholemeal pasta.. doesnt matter, I could still eat more :) Not just crap eaither... I could easily eat my way through a load of healthy food but Im trying to control my calories.

My new diet is on page 3 in my journal vvvv

Why? Maybe you'd be better off with higher cals. Up the cals evenly in every meal and see how you get on.

I think you should take a look at the Satiety Index.

    Switch to sweet potatoes.

Do you chew your food properly?

Hmmm...yeah you can definately add some more proper fibrous veg and/or fruit at some meals. I'd also up the fat.

What's with the no yolks in the morning?

Dont cook my eggs in the morning, I drink them. I used to cook them but I feel sick just looking at an omlette now lol

Yeah I was thinking more fat too, dont really wanna cut the carbs anymore so might go up to say 3000cals and add in some flax seeds in with the oats and more veg

    Hmm..what about yams?

Take a look at the satiety index..some foods are 'better' than others in that regards.

Well when people don't properly chew their food it takes longer to breakdown so the brain gets the 'signals' of feeling full much later. So in the meantime, you don't feel full and keep scoffing things down your throat...that's putting in really basic terms lol.

That's ok, so what's wrong with the yolk?

Hmm...I think you should have them solid and not liquid. You'd feel fuller.

Yep, flax would be good. Make sure to grind them up.

Hmm..it tastes like potato and lluca mixed together...but I don't know how to say lluca in english lol.

I don't like sweet potato either..yams are better. And if not the yams then platano is good. Err...I think it's plantain in english

    Yeah, you workout late..ish?

What are you having pwo? I didn't exactly see that in your new diet??[

Have more food around that time then. Last meal can use some fibrous veg or fruit.

If I don't get enough fat, I will never be full... this seems like the cause.

Are u trying to cut? If not, u could probably up the cals higher than 3000. That's not very much at all, I would be starving too

I used to find that I was always hungry. The way I cured this was to make sure I get a good breakfast then eat little but often. I probably have something to eat about every four hours, if I leave it longer than that I start getting hungry. And of course I make sure I drink plenty of water.
