1500 cals is far too low IMO if you are also training and doing cardio regardless of AAS support
    more carbs at breakfast
each meal looks like simple protein only meals
    complete lack of fat
    especially on <100g of carbs
you do not function on protein only meals
    where is training?

    any changes?
    all of it

    What do you suggest?
How many calories should I go up to?
How much Fat, Carbs and Protein?
    My training is as follows:
6 days on, 1 day off=weights (all intense 45 minute workouts)
cardo is 15minutes running on treadmill 4-5 days a week

    not sure on intake

the origin test (linked at top of forum) will give BMR and then work out daily expedniture from there or simply go on energy levels, weight increase and decrease and performance

6 days training a week? IMO possibly too much on current intake
