Am I overtraining????

High guys, I'm new here and im just wondering if i was overtraining, I JUST started gear and im doing the same workout that i usually do, just more intensity. Here are my stats and what i do.

height- 5'6
weight-153 lbs

monday- chest and tris

(i use all incline because of a shoulder injury)

(everything is 4x12-6)
Incline dumbell press
incline barbell press
incline machine press
pec deck

tricep pushdowns
skull crushers
overhead extensions dumbell
dips

Tuesday- back and bi's

(everything 4x12-6)

wide grip pullups
dumbell rows
lat pulldowns
seated rows

standing supinated curls
preacher curls
barbell curls

wenesday- off

thursday- legs

(i pyramid and triset usually 6-7 sets of 12-6)

(triset)
squat
deadlift
leg press

leg curls
leg extensions

friday-shoulders neck

(everything 4x12-6)

shoulder press
dumbell shrugs
lateral dumbell raises
barbell shrugs
rear delt raises
hang cleans (not sure of spelling) ( i do these beacuse they seem to work my neck really well)
upright rows

i was wondering if this was way too much training, or not enough, or maybe i need to switch it since i'm on gear, or maybe rest. I was wondering on any thoughts. Thanks

Height = 5'6
weight = 70.5 kg
Bench press = 108 kg
deadlift =148 kg
squat = 137 kg
leg press = 354.5 kg

i think its way to much, even being on gear which helps recover, but still to much, might not be a good plan doing upright rows if you've had a shoulder injury.

Not necessarily but probably too much, especially with the gear to help (although I am not qualified to judge on that score). Depends how you're training though. If it's an "every set to failure" job then it's a disaster.

Even if it's not overtraining there's plenty you could make better (not so many shoulder exercises, junk the pec deck and two triceps exercises...).

I think its to much, even being on gear.

Ya i was reading through some forums, and they say it's too much, I've been doing it for some time, switching reps and stuff up regularly, i used to work harder, but i also had a lot more rest time cus of my job, but with this new job, even getting 8 hours of sleep is hard. Any one have any suggestions on what i should do?

    Thanks

tbh ther is a few things i would change . firstly i would neva consider doing squats and deadlifts on the same day. in my opinion take ur deadlift and put it with ur back workout. as for ur shoulder injury how bad is it? i would take pec deck out as well and replace it with weighted dips. also ur chest workout seems to me ur doing more or less 3 of the same exercise barbell incline , db incline and incline machine press i would lose one or even two of them as they are the same movement pick 1. if you can do a incline press with a shoulder injury am sure u can do flat barbell press at a comfortable weight.

The reason why i can do flat bench well is becuase that's how i dislocated my shoulder. I had a poor spot on one of my maxes, and when i racked it, it wasnt completely on the rack on one side. My arms were straight, and it pushed it right out. I mean since ive been sticking with those inclines my chest has gotten pretty big.

    I've modified it a bit:

    Monday- chest and tris

    Incline dumbell press
    incline flyes
    dips

    tricep pushdowns
    skull crushers

    Tuesday- back and bi's

    lat pulldowns (warm-up)
    wide grip pullups
    deadlift
    seated rows

    barbell curls
    preacher curls

    wenesday- off

    Thursday- legs

    leg extensions (warm up)
    squat
    leg press

    SLDL
    leg curls

    Calves??
    Standing
    Seated

    Friday-shoulders neck

    Standing barbell press
seated shoulder press (DB) (might want to alternate this if too much)
lateral dumbell raises + rear delt raises
    upright rows

hang cleans (not sure what these are)
