Am I overtraining???

Hi guys, I'm new here and im just wondering if i was overtraining, I JUST started gear and im doing the same workout that i usually do, just more intensity. Here are my stats and what i do.

height- 5'6
weight-153 lbs

monday- chest and tris

(i use all incline because of a shoulder injury)

(everything is 4x12-6)
Incline dumbell press
incline barbell press
incline machine press
pec deck

tricep pushdowns
skull crushers
overhead extensions dumbell
dips

Tuesday- back and bi's

(everything 4x12-6)

wide grip pullups
dumbell rows
lat pulldowns
seated rows

standing supinated curls
preacher curls
barbell curls

wenesday- off

thursday- legs

(i pyramid and triset usually 6-7 sets of 12-6)

(triset)
squat
deadlift
leg press

leg curls
leg extensions

friday-shoulders neck

(everything 4x12-6)

shoulder press
dumbell shrugs
lateral dumbell raises
barbell shrugs
rear delt raises
hang cleans (not sure of spelling) ( i do these beacuse they seem to work my neck really well)
upright rows

i was wondering if this was way too much training, or not enough, or maybe i need to switch it since i'm on gear, or maybe rest. I was wondering on any thoughts. Thanks

Height = 5'6
weight = 70.5 kg
Bench press = 108 kg
deadlift =148 kg
squat = 137 kg
leg press = 354.5 kg

    dude, erm, short answer would be YES, no need to do SOOOOOO many things at all and you most spend like 3hours in the gym each day doing the above, keep off machine and do free weights if you want better results. also no need to do so many reps of each set. 5x5 for big heavy things like deads, bench, squats, for the rest 3x8 or 4x6. i'd seach for a routine on here they are PLENTY to choose from.

    13.12 Stone, 5ft9.5:
    1RM Dead 205kgs
    1RM Bench 130kgs
    1RM Smith Flat Bench 150kgs
    1RM Squat Unknown, but 150kgs for 2.

    It actually takes me about 1 hour and 10 mins, it's been what i've been doing for a little while. My body has gotten used to it, I switch things up regularly though, But see I'm a fairly skinny guy, went from 115 to 155 in about 2 years, wanna be 180. So you guys think i should deff tone it down?

    Height = 5'6
    weight = 70.5 kg
    Bench press = 108 kg
    deadlift =148 kg
    squat = 137 kg
    leg press = 354.5 kg

    Why are you on gear? you're not even 160 pounds and clearly have no idea of how to put together a programme. Get off gear, read more and eat more! Go to www.t-nation.com and read EVERY article by Chad Waterbury, John Berardi, Charles Poliquin, Eric Cressey, Mike Robertson and Charles Staley before going any further. By the time you're on gear you should be at least 190 pounds at your height and certainly should not need advice from others on a routine.

    Despite having all that muscle, most bodybuilders are so weak they have to get their dads to open up their jar of depilatory cream. Luckily, most will never procreate. They'd much rather masturbate because it's sex with someone they love

    Damn, don't know how to make a work out? That's a tad harsh, but then again you might be right. I'll find another routine and try it out.

    Height = 5'6
    weight = 70.5 kg
    Bench press = 108 kg
    deadlift =148 kg
    squat = 137 kg
    leg press = 354.5 kg
