Am i doing this right?
I am currently on the 2nd week of my 8 week cut and is sort of going ok.
Weight - 14st
Height - 6ft
Ideally would love to get to about 12st 7lb and get that much sought after 6 pack!!
On a daily basis i tend to be eating and doing the following:
25g protein in 125ml water
Breakfast - bran flakes, skimmed milk, sweetner to taste.
Mid morning - large cup of tea, dash of skimmed milk with 3 hermesetas - an apple
Lunch - 80g weightwatchers tuna (75 cals per tin) mix this with 1 can of drained tuna in brine - an apple
Afternoon (4pm) - large cup of tea, dash of skimmed milk with 3 hermesetas.
Evening Meal - Chicken breast, salad or mixed veg or steak with salad or mixed veg
Throughout the day i try and drink as much water as possible also.
Exercise wise this tends to happen although there can be a few variants with work commitments and stuff.
Pre workout - i always try and have 25g protein in 125ml water
Mon - 10-12k run
Tues - 10-12k run
Wed - Tennis 2hours
Thurs - 10-12k run
Fri - Tennis 2 hours
Sat - 10-12k run
Sun - 3-4 hours Tennis and possible run depending.
Also i ride to and from work everyday........this tends to be my main mode of transport too.
When running i get my heart rate up to 175 in places but usually around 145 which im assuming is a good level to be running at for burning calories. Any feedback would be much appreciated, i am pretty certain that i should be some weights maybe alternate the days running for some restistance work......does this sound sensible?
