Am i overtraining ?

My rountine is,

Monday: Legs/Back/Biceps
Tuesday: Shoulders/Triceps/stomach
Wedsday off
Thursday: Legs/Back/Biceps
Friday: Shoulders/Triceps/stomach
Sat off
Sun off

Is this training too much, or am i ok with training these muscle groups on these days.

    It would depend on the intensity of each session. Personally I don't like full body 2x PW, there is also no chest work.

    Sorry i do chest aswell Tuesday/Friday Doh!

    well i generally do 3 sets on each, gradually increasing weight whilst dropping the reps.

    Ok, heres my Routine,

    Mondays/Thursdays:

    Leg Extensions 3sets
    Leg Curls 2 sets
    Leg Press 3 sets
    Front Lat pulldowns 3 sets
    Seated Rows 3 sets
    T-bar row 3sets
    Bicep Cable curls 3 sets
    Incline Dumbell curls 3 sets

    Tuesdays/Fridays

    Chest Press 3 sets
    Seated Bench 3 sets
    Flat Dumbell Flys 3sets
    Shoulder D/bell Press 3 sets
    Lateral Raises 2 sets
    Flat French Press 3 sets
    Tricep Pushdowns 3 sets
    Reverse crunches 1 set
    Straight leg situps 1 set

    The weights get heavier and the reps get lower with every set.

    How long have you been training?
    I do think that thats to much for once a week let alonw twice.

    well eventually wanna put on mass, i think my routine maybe a little to intense atm tho? Or am i ok with this, it is routine the gym owner came up with for me.

    The exercise selection is VERY poor. Have you got access to a bar or just dumbbells?

    i have access to everything a normal gym has, alot of those excersises are on machines.
