For reading through this forums and also magazines such as Muscle and Fitness i am close to finalising my diet and training (cardio) but am a novice when it comes to supplements. Can someone please help and advise what supplements are best to aid weight loss?
I presume whey protein, but wat else should i use. maybe Thermonex from BSN???

Whey protein will not aid fat loss....

Perfect place to start to aid recovery and minimise catabolism though!

Gradual reduction in carbs, with fat from good sources held steady, and 1g - 1.5g protein from lean sources, spread evenly throughout the day.

Add in 30mins to 60mins morning (unfed) or pwo cardio, and you should be good.

In terms of sups, if you're just starting out, a good whey for PWO is useful, and after you've been on the diet / cardio / workout regime for a month or so...you can maybe think to add fat burners (loads of choice there) / appetite suppressants. For the most part though, just get comfy in a routine and have the whey for pwo and inbetween meals, and you're set to go. Don't over think it, it's not that complicated :) long slog rather than quick race lol.

whey protein could be used depending on your goals i.e fat loss then then protein as a nice solid muscle gain.
