Amazing Gym- Need help with box jumps, slay pulls
Anyone aware or could provide a link to the following guide of training, I basically follow.. a full body workout 3 x per week.Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Pull-ups,
2 x a week I do interval training involving boxing, jump rope, ab work, running etc etc, swimming.
I am going a new shortly that doesnt have a pool but has a running green as such allows you to run, drag tyres, carry heavy **** :), boxes to jump on
I am basically returning to football in january. and will probably do 3 days interval is there a routine out there that combines such things? Appreciate there is crossfit, and this gym as a crossfit section, but I dont know what this involves whether you have to pay for coaches etc
