Amazing new recipe lol

I was bored so decided to try,

Shreddies and protein shake instead of milk.

Mix your protein in a shaker (not blender) with 300ml skimmed milk then pour over desired cereal probably best to go for shredded wheat.

Tastes damm good with optimum nutrition chocolate protein.

    Sometimes I mix Choc Whey in the porridge too, that tastes pretty greattttttttttttt!!!

    Im not a fan of cooked porridge though i tend to make a morning shake of choc whey and 50g porridge oats... just all blended together

    I've been doing this for a while. When I add protein powder to porridge though I don't cook the porridge, I soak the oats overnight in protein powder and milk.
