Amino's Amino's Amino's

Just wandering if there were any real downs to taking too many Amino's. When I say too many I mean: I take the recommended 15-20 caps of PHD BCAA's and on top of that take 6-8 tablespoons daily of twinlabs liquid. I've noticed an increase in mass since I started topping up my Amino intake, too much?

i used to take a lot until i read that thread. i didnt have any problems with mood, but i think certain aminos were out of ratio, which made me pretty lethargic.
