An Out of Body Experiance


starting a new routine from monday, taking this week off, going to be an 8 week bulk. Diet still being worked on, will post in next few days, Routine Below

Monday  Back/Biceps
Dead Lift 2x6 2x8
Chin ups 2x6 2x8
Rows 10, 8, 6, 15
Curls 3x8
Pretcher 2 x12
 Wed Legs
Squat 2x6 2x8
Leg ext 2x6 2x8
Sldl 10,8,6,15
Standing calve raises 3x20
Sitting calve rasies 3x10

Friday Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Dips 2x6 2x8
Bench 2x6 2 x8
Shoulder Press 2x6 2x8
Push downs 10,8,6,15
