Anabolic Designs Requires Forum Representatives and Loggers!!!

SPONSOR MESSAGE

Anabolic Designs Requires Forum Representatives and Loggers :
Anabolic Designs are looking for Forum Representatives to work alongside the brand in helping members on the forums not only with Anabolic Designs Supplements but also general supplement, nutrition and training questions.

We require people who have an understanding of nutrition, training and supplementation and actively train and ideally compete in some form of sport or fitness activity.

If you are interested please post within this thread with details on what you can bring to Anabolic Designs and fellow board members , this should include any past representative positions, training history, product and nutriton knowledge and a little general information about yourselves.

We also require 1 person to log our Transform Stack and 2 people to log our Offseason MASS stack.
If you would like to run one of these stacks then please apply within this thread with details on your goals, training and nutrition. Also please write a little about yourself on how you got into the world of bodybuilding.

Transform Stack :

This is the ultimate physique rebuilding duo; combining the potent diet-aid and fat-stripping SHREDABULL and the all round natural male-hormone system TAURO-TEST. These all-natural cutting edge formulas can help redefine your physique goals and start changing your body composition in only a matter of weeks. This stack is designed as a whole body transformation stack to increase lean muscle tissue whilst burning bodyfat.

Why use Shredabull and Tauro-Test?

Shredabull delivers a hard hitting advanced blend of ingredients to launch an aggressive assault on fat loss without jittery side effects. Shredabull contains a multi pathway attack on fat stores that results in rapid fat loss, great energy levels and mental focus allowing the ability to incinerate fat and dominate in and out of the gym.

Tauro-Test is not just a testosterone booster. Tauro-Test is made up of five matrices to ensure that this product can dramatically improve body composition, build muscle and reduce body fat levels. You will have a harder, fuller more dense appearance and have the ability to lift heavier weights and experience increased libido and confidence levels.

How best to use the Transform Stack !

For best results keep protein intake high suggested 1.5g per lb of bodyweight and carbohydrates moderate and fat intake low; for increased Fatloss add cardiovascular work on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes after first servings of Shredabull and Tauro Test.

Offseason MASS Stack :

Off season bulking just got a lot easier with the combination of the BULLK product (featuring Bulbine) and RAVENOUS - the ultimate digestion and absorption medium. Together these two allow you to focus on packing on the pounds with rapid size gains, big appetite and ensuring you absorb and utilise all your supplements and protein intake to the fullest.
BullK and Ravenous are designed for athletes in the off-season for maximum size gains and muscle recovery and support especially when eating big.

How best to use the MASS Stack :

Whilst using BullK we suggest aiming for 2g of protein per pound of lean bodyweight, this may sound high but this is where BullK’s partner in mass construction RAVENOUS joins the party!!!!

With plenty more innovation on the way and other stack suggestions join team Anabolic Designs early and make improvements consistantly with a company that is on the cutting edge of the latest developments in supplementation, Anabolic Designs will continue to be first to market with many more novel products so get a leg up on the competition and join team AD today!!

Is it possible to give the Transform stack a try? I've always wanted to try both Tauro-Test and Shredabull, but have settled for other products last minute. I'd like to see how these fair with my current training routine, especially as I'm trying to add more lean mass and keep the fat at bay.

I'm already currently repping for ON, does this exclude me from making a log on this product? I've logged Rogue before too, which is available in my Journal (link also in TROG). Also see my profile for various other supplement reviews. Happy to give it a shot :-)

    Goals:
After a cut (quite extreme, from 105kg to now 70kg), I'm looking to add some serious, lean mass, but keep the fat at bay; your stack seems ideal for this purpose.

    Nutrition:
Pre-workout cardio: Danone Actimel, Banana, Whey (with water) protein shake
Upon waking: 1 cup of oats, raisins, 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg.
Mid morning: 1.5 cup oats, apple, 200g cooked chicken breast
Mid day: Salmon fillet, vegetables, low sugar dressing, baby potatoes
Mid afternoon: 100g whole wheat pasta with light mayo and 150g cooked meat
Pre workout strength/weight: hey protein shake
Post workout: Whey Protein with dextrose/maltodextrin. 45g Mango.
Dinner: 100-150g Brown Rice or 1.5 cup oats and Tuna fillet. Mixed veg in low sugar chicken soup.
Before Bed: 1 Tbsp peanut butter, cottage cheese, skim milk + casein.

Current supplementation: Fish Oil, Caffeine, ZMA, Aminos.

    Overview:
Trained for 6 years now. Qualified PT. Heavily involved in the fitness community. Willing to give anything a shot in regards to aiding my training.

I'm always dedicated to my training, and always try and meet the goals I set. I'm currently looking to bulk up from my current weight, however, I want to maintain my lean figure and maintain (maybe even reduce) my BF%. I train 5 times a week, consisting of morning cardio (40 minutes, medium intensity) and 1.5 hour weight training in the evening.

I would be very interested in becoming a forum representative for your company.

I feel that I can bring sound training, diet advise and also help many people make the most of their supplementation so they are not wasting their hard earned cash by taking at wrong time or taking to much when it is not needed.

I have been training myself since October 2008 and in that time I have qualified as a Level 3 + Personal Trainer, transformed my body and have a better quality of life. I help many people off the forum / regarding diet, training tips and simple adjustments to training to maximise their time in the gym, mostly to friends over Facebook or to anyone who emails me.

The reason I got into Bodybuilding was I used to smoke 30+ fags a day and booze 4 days a week after work and on October 8th 2008 I stopped then I went to local gym and hired a Personal Trainer at £40 an hour once weekly, my view was use the money saved on fags on something productive, after one year I went to Spain did my personal training cert and basically fell in love with everything to do with training, the way it makes people feel and when you see results, I continue to read blogs, articles and I say everyday is a learning day, even ten years from now it will be the same

I do not currently compete in a sport but my goal is to enter my first bodybuilding show in 2012 then to progress ever year there on.

I am currently using Ravenous at the dose of 6 caps a day spread out at 6:30am - 12:50pm - 7:30pm and I have found that bloat has totally gone and I am not visiting the toilet as much and I have managed to add an extra clean meal due to more appetite.

When advising on diet it is not generic, I like to keep things simple for the poster / client, I am a big believer on whole foods however in the real world Liquid meals / supplementation is a god send for people who cannot eat solids at work, people with lack of time and people on the go.

Anyway that is a little bit about me and I hope that I hear from you soon.

    Thank you for your time

I am interested in logging your Offseason MASS stack and representing your company.

    A bit about me...
I have been training for 8 years or so but have really hit another level over the last couple of years after joining and contributing to this forum.

In 2008 I stopped training completely, lost motivation, became depressed and got myself into really poor shape. Stress of life had gotten the better of me and I just stopped doing anything. Instead I was just lazing around getting fatter and more unhealthy.

New year came and along with it a fresh motivation. I decided to go for it and really make an effort to make my lifestyle healthier.

I have transformed my body and now lead a much healthier lifestyle and I live and breath bodybuilding. I am constantly striving to improve myself and have recently given up drinking.

I love to help other people and although I am far from being an expert in training and nutrition, what I have learnt I have passed on to others. I have designed training / diet routines for a lot of people and just recently a chap I met on holiday approached me as he is getting married in a year and wanted to add some size. Following the diet and training advice I have given him, he has increased his lifts, measurements and weight to reach an all time best in just 8 weeks. I will be sticking with him right up until his wedding through a bulking phase, to leaner bulk then a slow and steady cut.

    Goals
I aim to compete in either 2012 or 2013. This largely depends on how much LBM I can gain when I complete my cut in May this year. It is more a personal goal than an expectation of winning trophies that spurs me on but I hope to build on each competition that I do and eventually place / win a competition.

Although I am self employed and run my own business, I plan to study to become a personal trainer and run my own (small) gym holding one to one training sessions for people that may feel intimidated about joining a commercial gym. I think there is a huge market for this and I just love to help people. For me there is no better feeling than seeing my own ideas / advice transform somebodies physique, confidence and way of life.

My main goal though is to constantly improve my physique and lifestyle and become the best I can be. The last two years have seen a big change in me and I am very focused on getting better and better.

    Diet
I am currently following a cutting diet which is scheduled to run for another 8 weeks after this one. By the end I hope to look close to stage condition (about 3-4 weeks out). After that I will move into a bulk and I recruited the help of James Collier to plan my diet for this last year. I will look at my physique after my cut and this will give me a better indication whether I am better competing next year or the year after.

Here is a sample day from my bulking diet:
07.00 Wake - Whey Protein, Mug of Green Tea
    07.15 - 30 minutes SSCV
08.00 - Smoothie: Linseeds, Oats, Black Forest Fruits, Skimmed Milk, Whey Protein
10.30 - Chicken Tortillas: Chicken Breast, Wholewheat Tortillas, Salad, Item of Fruit
13.00 - Chicken Salad: Chicken Breast, Salad, Salsa, Peppers, Pineapple
16.00 - Salmon / Mackerel Salad: Salmon / Mackerel, Salad, Sunflower Seeds, Soy Sauce, Item of Fruit
18.00 - 1 hour Pre WO Smoothie: Linseeds, Oats, Black Forest Fruits, Whey Protein
    19.00 - Weight Train
19.45 - PWO Shake: Whey Protein Isolate, Vitargo
20.30 - Steak & Potatoes: Rump Steak, Boiled New Potatoes, Large Salad, Vinaigrette Dressing
22.30 - Bedtime Shake: Milk Protein Smooth, Skimmed Milk, Whole Earth Peanut Butter

Here are some pictures showing my progress since Jan 2009:

    These pics were taken yesterday:

I am natural and have achieved this progress over a sustained period of increased effort. I am now in the best condition of my life, carrying less fat and am almost as strong as I was when 3 stone heavier (Sept 2010).

Please let me know if you require any more information and I hope to work with you in the future.

I am natural and have achieved this progress over a sustained period of increased effort. I am now in the best condition of my life, carrying less fat and am almost as strong as I was when 3 stone heavier (Sept 2010).

Please let me know if you require any more information and I hope to work with you in the future.

Nice detailed application. Awesome progress too.

    Hi,
I would be very interested in being a Representative for Anabolic Designs.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer with six years experience and have been training for around 15 years. I don't currently compete but would like to get into it or modelling; perhaps next year when I have improved my physique more.
I am currently training to increase muscle whilst maintaining a low body fat.
    Regards, Laurence

    Hi there,

I would like to express my interest in logging the off season mass stack. My rugby season literally just finished this Wednesday, so this would be great for me to do.
I have been training pretty much non-stop since the age of 16 (I am nearly 23 now) and have built up a good knowledge base about training and nutrition. I have done some mini reviews, but I haven't had a logging opportunity yet. I am a 4th year of medical student, but I am currently taking a year out to do research, so plenty of time for rugby and gym . My goal is to put on some quality lean mass this summer and get up to 90kg so that I am stronger and fitter for next season.

    Typical Diet:

    Wake up - Protein shake
    Breakfast - Oats and milk
Early Lunch - chicken/salad wholemeal bread + apple
Late Lunch - Pasta + chicken
Dinner - Baked potato + cold cuts + salad
    Evening snack - cottage cheese
    Pre bed - protein shake

    Cheers,

    Shez

I would like to log your transformation stack. I have logged Shredabull for you on bodybuilding.com and would love the opportunity to log Shredabull again with Tauro Test added. I would be willing to run a log on bodybuilding.com as well as this site. I am an olympic lifter who needs to make weight, but might have some trouble because I try to cut, but I am always hungry. The Snickers commercial with the hungry German guy is a perfect example.

    AGE-18

    SEX-Male

    Training Regime-
Olympic Lifting With Olympic Coach on Mondays and Thursday
Chest, Bi's and Triceps- Tuesday and Friday
    Cardio- 3 days per week.

Diet Regime-Cutting between 10 and 20 pounds for competition

How many years you've been lifting-5 years

What your short term goals are:
To cut down to about 200lbs while still making gains. My  goal total is 180 kg which I hope to reach by the beginning of May for my competition.
I have been lifting for a long time and want ot take it to the next level. I am always hungry so cutting is very difficult for me. Thats where Shredabull comes in. And to keep my numbers going through the roof the Tauro Test should help me. If I am able to log this product then I should be able to reach my goal total  and still make weight.

If chosen I will upload before and after pictures and even pictures/video from my competition, even if the log ends before then.
    Thank you for your considerations.

Legs: Legpress, 20 rep squat, leg extensions, SLDL, Calf raises.
    Tuesday - Rest.
    Wednesday
Back: Deadlift, wide pulldowns, narrow reverse pulldowns, One arm cable row, DB rows.

Thursday - 60 min fasted AM cardio.
    Friday
Chest: Benchpress, Incline DB press, Incline flies.

    Triceps: Skullcrushers, Dips.
Saturday - 60 min fasted AM cardio.
Sunday - 60 min fasted AM cardio.

The reason I got into bodybuilding was simple. I have always been into athletics and compete regularly in marathons and 10k events as well as triathlons. To progress in these sports you need to be lean and strong to give you an advantage so being in the gym was already a way of life. The "bug" bit hard a few years ago and I now spend a lot of time (and money) striving to reach the next goal. My Goal remains the same, no matter how big I get I always want to get bigger. No matter how fit I am I always want to get fitter. I can see this being a lifetime journey!
