RE: Anabolic Pump?
It gets great reviews on AM, and to be honest I quite like USPLabs as I've always enjoyed their products that I've used. I'm about 2 weeks into AP, so a bit soon to give a definitive review, but I am noticing a difference. The AP manual lists me as a Type 1 carb reactive, meaning I can put on muscle easily, but also fat easily too. I tend to respond negatively to carb intake, especially simple carbs, and usually feel bloated after eating a carb heavy meal. For example, in the morning after my 50g oats I usually feel a little bloated, and sluggish. Since running the AP the bloatedness and sluggishness have disapeared.
With regards to the claims on muscle gain/fat loss, I can't really give a proper answer. I've just come to the end of a 6 weeks epistane cycle, and I'm on several other products designed for fat loss. My bodyfat is dropping quite nicely as it happens, but I can't attribute it to the AP.
I'll end up running the AP for 5 weeks, as the first week you're on a lower dose to get used to it. I'll then do a writeup giving my opinions.
