    Monstrous lifting.

Always hate to say it as too many people take it as suggesting that the shirt and belt does the lifting for him, when obviously they don't, but am always more impressed by big lifts raw.

Would imagine his raw pressing is scary heavy too!

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

I live not far from there. Trained in that same gym for a few months this time last year. Unsurprisingly he is a big lad. Didn't speak to him but seemed a sound guy. The rest of the gym would stop when he was lifting. I remember seeing his calves one time that actually appeared bruised as he had been lifting so much weight.

i'd say the gym stops out of necessity as he's using every weight in the place!

The powerlifting lot had all their gear chained up so no one else could pilfer it. Made sense. That bench you see in the first link is right by the door you use to walk into the weights area from reception. I opened it right into him one time. The only just survived......

    ^ Cool mate!

Stating the obvious here but his form/technique is excellent. Slow and under control on the way down and explosive power on the way up - so many guys have it the other way round!

Gm - I'm not entirely sure but the record is held by Ryan Kennelly and it is over 1000 lbs, which is what, 100kg more than andy's bench in this vid? Insanity.

    awesome lifting.

i know its been discussed many times, so dont want to restart the debate, though personally id rather see him lift 280 or whatever he can do without the suit.  im well aware that using a suit come with its own challenges and requires practice before anyone points that out! lol
