    Dont really get angry.

In some cases yes, as it forces you to speak up or express your true emotions. In some cases no.

Totally depends on the situation really

Since I'ce got into body building I've learnt to turn agression on/off at will.

Never been angry, but the aggression can be very useful at times, and suddently relaxing afterwards also good (for door work etc)

I find anger particularly useful when I am punching my Mrs to bits for not having my tea ready

the thing that makes me rage beyond belief ATM is my computer mouse not rolling in the correct manner

ie cant get the pointer to flow and move across the screen

it sends me so mad i have thrown them at the wall

nothing quite gets me in the rage that this seemingly minor, trivial thing does

TT, inanimate object rage eh, you wouldn't be the first to suffer this lol

Anyway what makes me angry? Loads of things. Usually human males, I dislike most of them and find them annoying. Shame there are so many of them!

I dont get angry anymore, I have learnt the best way to *deal* with someone or something is to come back with double the might (hence my tattoo)...ie, if a person p1sses me off, I wait and at sometime in the future when they think I have forgotten, I will make sure they are reminded! If something like a situation or a problem angers me, I will sit back and think my way through it to solve it or make it better.....of course this does occasionally go out the window, so I then call my mate and rant

Anger can give you a boost of energy and it can be a good way of turning around other negative feelings.

For example, when my GF left me, I figured out she may have cheated on me. I was really upset and down, but turning that low feeling into anger picked me up.

HOWEVER, generally, it's not a good thing. You can generate much more positive energies for boosting energy, getting motivated and making yourself feel better.

Anger needs to be controlled or it controls you, which can leave you in a worse position than you were in in the first place.

Mental focus can generate much more positive energy which can be more effective and easier to control.

Most of the things that get me angry are stupid things at home with people annoying me. Anger can of course be useful in the right circumstances.

TBH the thing which can sometimes get me most angry is my brother

Cos he is the only human male who can annoy me greatly and I will still not take action to engineer his demise. So he can really get me fuming. And vice-versa I suppose lol

i generaly am a laid back guyand rarely get angry at anything...
but my mother gets me fuming the most.
she seems to know exactly how to push my buttons and i dont even realise she is doing it untill i chill out again( i know she does it on purpose.)

it can be the siplest of things like saying somthing in a slightly different tone of voice or smugly

and another is my friggin space bar on my keyboard it works fine for a while and then when i get into a rythem of typing the ruddy thing gets stuck and i cant stop the thing flying across the screen

    get big or die trying
