Animal Pak - Used it?

Anybody used this?

What did you get from it?

Seems like a good set of ingredients.

I use it as my vit/min on training days only. Some people may think its overkill but I generally feel better when using it for a prolonged period as opposed to my regular vit/min

I certainly agree that for the price in particular they shouldn't be taken as labelled everyday. But I certainly noticed a big difference when tried another couple of multivit/min packs for my workout days hence have gone back to these bigtime now (the truly HOOOOGE 88 paks)

They a a real mission to take though. A lot of tablets and some of them are on the large side.....

I also wonder how much of them actually gets absorbed as some of the pills are so large and dense.

I used to quarter the large tabs and halve the small ones in the hope of increasing absorbtion. Still got 3/4 tub as it proved to be too much of a pain in the arse!

One pak is one serving, comes in 15, 44 and 88 packs so depends also on when you take.

Personally best to take only on workout days with post workout meal, waste of cash on other days and not necessary. 88 pack is obviously best value for money, but say you get a 44, train 4x week, will last 11 weeks obviously
