It's a pain, isn't it mate?
I'm not sure the aching ever really stops or things ever get back to normal tbh.
I'm 4-years post-op after snapping my patellar tendon, mashing my knee cap, detaching my quad and having my leg bone shoot through my trousers - the surgeons did a remarkable job putting it all back together but cold weather = serious aches and stiffness, as does standing up for too long.
Dvdman's elbow joint is something else - it's a fused mass of bone.
Dunno how old you are mate but somewhere around 2030, when me and DVDman are both retired, we'd like to invite you to MT Posters' Old Git's Injury Club to share a protein shake and whinge.
