Another HIIT question

I know that after 20 minutes of going 60-80% glycogen isn't used for energy intake, the body starts to take from your fat. Instead of doing 30 minutes of 60-80%, what if you do the 30 minute total cardio, but the first 20 minutes will be 60-80% and the last 10 minutes will be HIIT (30 second intervals of 100% to 50%), will this burn more fat then just doing HIIT for 10-15 minutes? and also will this effect the amount of muscle kept more then doing only HIIT?
