Anti-bodybuilding Hypertrophy routine

What do you guys think of this http://www.testosterone.net/nation_articles/244anti.jsp

I read this a while ago and thought it looked pretty cool. Im going to try it shortly. Any comments?

Ive never been one for bodybuilding, i like to train hard and heavy with big compound movements, but i also want to get bigger and i thought this would be a good routine. Comments much appreciated. cheers

    If you have your diet in order and get enough rest you will do well on this. I really like Chad Waterburys work.

    This sounds good, might give it a go. Before I do, any chance of some more posts on what people think of this method or has anyone used it and found it works.

    I think this kind of routine is better for somebody who has a few years training under their belt. It works well as long as you stick to the guidelines about training to failuer.
