Any Good?

gone thru a few routines over the months to get a feel for what i am confident i can perform with good form. Here is a 3 day split i am looking at:

Chest/Tri
Flat dumbell press
decline barbell press
Dips
Skull Crushers

Back/Bi
Lat Pull Down
seated Cable Row
Close grip Pull up
Barbell Curl
Hammer Curl

Legs/Shoulders
Barbell shrug - behind back
Dumbell Shrug
Military Press
Squats
Calf raises

Well thats it apart from ab work every other session. Each will be 4 sets of 6

Any comments much appreciated

are the dips for chest? i would do squats 1st on your leg day and add some ham work to,do you really need two shrug movments?.

    Only need one shrug
I'd put squats first on leg day - make sure they're deel too
Can you not do a row using a barbell? bent over row very good.
Only need one curl as biceps will be hit already with rows etc

But good stuff - not a bad routine in my opinion

    Shirted bench 200kg

I would add Stiff Legged Deadlifts to your legs workout. They're great for hamstrngs and work your lower back too as well as giving your calves a bit of a warm-up before hitting the calf raises.
