Only need one shrug
I'd put squats first on leg day - make sure they're deel too
Can you not do a row using a barbell? bent over row very good.
Only need one curl as biceps will be hit already with rows etc
But good stuff - not a bad routine in my opinion
Raw dead Lift 320kg
Raw bench 171kg
Shirted bench 200kg
Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
