Any Good?

gone thru a few routines over the months to get a feel for what i am confident i can perform with good form. Here is a 3 day split i am looking at:

Chest/Tri
Flat dumbell press
decline barbell press
Dips
Skull Crushers

Back/Bi
Lat Pull Down
seated Cable Row
Close grip Pull up
Barbell Curl
Hammer Curl

Legs/Shoulders
Barbell shrug - behind back
Front raises
Military Press
Squats
Calf raises

Well thats it apart from ab work every other session. Each will be 4 sets of 6

I have an athletic build, with low bodyfat, so compound exercises benefit me most

Any comments much appreciated

    My opinion

    Chest/Tri
    Flat dumbell press
    decline barbell press
    Dips
    Skull Crushers

This depends on the grip. Dips can hit tris or chest depending on the grip. If your doing them for chest then its good i think

    Back/Bi
    Lat Pull Down
    seated Cable Row
    Close grip Pull up
    Barbell Curl
    Hammer Curl

Lots of bicep work and almost no back work. No good.
    CG pull up,
    Deadlift
    DB or BB row,
    Shurgs?
    Hammer and concentration curl.

NOTE I hat BB curl.. so im bias. It hurts my forearms.

    Legs/Shoulders
    Barbell shrug - behind back
    Front raises
    Military Press
    Squats
    Calf raises

Remove shrug and add to back day
    MP press
    Squat
    Rear delt row
    front raise
    upright row
    Calf work
Now your hitting all 3 heads nice and hard. Adjust sets to prevent OT. and your hitting the Supraspinatus.
