Any Suggestions for improvement on routine??

Its time for a change so I am just looking for suggestions on any ways that I can improve my new routine that i plan on starting next week. So here it is.

Monday
Bench 3x8
incline dumbell press 3x8
dips 3x8
skullcrushers 3x8
rope press down 3x8

Tuesday
Squats 3x8
Leg Ext 3x8
Leg Curl 3x8
Calf raises 3x8-10

Wednesday
Weighted crunches
hanging leg raises
various oblique work

Thursday
Overhead Press 3x8
lateral raise 2x10
bent over lat raise 2x10
upright row 3x8
dumbell shrugs 3x8

Friday
Deadlift 3x8
Pullups 3x8
Bentover rows 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8
Hammer curls 3x8

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

    i would probly take a day off on thursday and finnish on saturday.the reason 4 this i find it harder to get in the jim at the end of the weekand with a day off on thursday i allways feal more refreshed on friday and saturday. thats just my opinion

    various oblique work DROP THIS DAY ALTOGETHER, DO ABS AFTER SOMETHING ELSE.

    Thursday
    Overhead Press 3x8 TBH, I'D MOVE THESE TO MON AND TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF, PLUS YOU NEED SHOULDERS FOR FRIDAY!
    lateral raise 2x10 DROP.
    bent over lat raise 2x10 DROP.
    upright row 3x8 DROP.
    dumbell shrugs 3x8 DROP.

    Friday
    Deadlift 3x8
    Pullups 3x8
    Bentover rows 3x8 MAYBE DO EITHER ROW OR PULLUP IF THIS IS BETTER FOR YOU.
    Barbell Curls 3x8
    Hammer curls 3x8 EITHER CHOOSE ONE CURL OR ALTERNATE EACH WEEK

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

    Hammer curls 2x8


    I'd have wednesday off, just do one abs exercise after something else. It looks like a solid routine otherwise mate, I've taken shrugs out. Do the upright row wide grip, it'll hit your rear delts more. You might want to drop one of the tricep exercises. I really dont know why GoldenArrow has changed your routine so much, you might as well do nothing [V]
