Any advice?

Hi there,

posted this in supp seg but have had no responses... was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on the following:

Hi guys,

I have recently posted about wanting to pack on as much size in the coming month due to shoulder surgery I need in about 4 weeks.
I have been training for a while and am quite happy with my gains, however I have invested in a few supplements to attempt to put on as much size as possible before my surgery.
I have bought muscletech's cell-tech as a change from the previous progain I was using and have bought some L-Arginine 500 as a change from pump-tech NO caps I was using.
I only take pump tech before my workout and was wondering if it is safe to overlap, as I still have a few servings left of pump tech, with arginine 3 times a day??
Also should I purchase a whey/weight gainer to help pack on size as well?
All opinions would be much appreciated
Cheers
Mike

How about we see your diet in the diet & nutrition forums before we start looking at supplements.

There's only need for 1 thread as well, not 3.

yeah, dunno why 3 posts happened... just said page not available then 3 appeared!?!?! confusing?

Anyway, I have tried to post my diet on diet and supp but I was told I need to put down serving sizes, calories, etc.... I don't know all that, just want a bit of help with my supplement choices?

    Cheers
