Do you live in the UK? To be honest I don't really find it that difficult to follow bulking diets from this forum. I only tend to eat one chinese meal a day, which normally consists of chicken, fish, veg and rice. Post your current diet and what sort of foods you have access to if you're not in the UK.

Unfortunately, Ive stopped cooking oriental, usual things Ill cook is green curry, sweet and sour chicken or ox-tail but apart from that, its mostly simple body building based stuff now, and its paid off, cant you tell?!

    What's the menu like?

    Are there omelettes?

Go for vegetable dishes and clean cut meats/cleanly prepared fish and meats.

You can have water, green tea, white tea...

    Indeed.

AnhHai, Im afraid you cant have anything off the menu, well not everyday, most is fried.

If your close with the owners (maybe theyre even your folks from the amount of chinese people I know who own retaurants), ask if you can spend a few mins cooking your own meals. Prepare them the night before and ask them to cook using their equipment.

Bring whey protein and perhaps an mrp for between breakfast and lunch. Also maybe a sandwich for between lunch and dinner.

    Easy AnhHai,

Like Stone said it might be an idea to bring your own whey or pre-mixed homemade MRPs which you can just add water to and sip on in between the main food meals to get your calories in.
For what's on the menu, what can/can't you have? Steamed fish is always a good bet, but depends if you're allowed to have it off the menu!
Also see yau gai (soya chicken) with rice is a good bet (if I worked in a restaurant I know I'd be having that x3 a day!!) , try to get the breast part and get rid of the skin. Also stay away from the char siu and roast pork, I know it's tasty but it's also fatty!
For veg, you might want to have steamed as opposed to stir fried, maybe gai lan etc..
