Any opinions on this?

Just seen this offer on discount supplements.

At 60 servings per container it would last me over 3 months and therefore good value.

However at the top of the page it says a serving is 1 scoop which makes up the 60 per container however further down it recommends 2 scoops per serving so only 30 per container.

Can anyone tell me if 1 scoop would constitute a good pre workout serving. It says it provides 2.5g creatine per serving so might be ok?

Any advice is appreciated as always.

i recently got something a little bit similar (ish) which is this muscle tech cell tech.

whilst i like the taste and i'm sure its good, i'm going to make my own up next time much more cheaply frm putting together the ingredients myself.

i think its good, but its very expensive and i was a bit shocked to see how cheap i could make my own

after all, it just seems to be a dextrose based creatine 'delivery system'
