Festar: You can't plead poverty with 2 cars. That's like a little Kenyan chap pleading poverty with 2 packets of uncle bens rice hidden under his bed.

As above. A 30g scoop of powdered flaxseeds plus plenty of fluids should get things moving.

I've tried a number of things and Benefibre has been by far the best so far. It's 3 for 2 at Boots at the moment too.

I have just bought some Colon Care + & Psyllium Husk today as my bowels don't move at all Mon-Fri with the diet I am on. Not started them yet but just going to follow the instructions on the tubs.

Don't, not with the husks anyway. You need to take way more than on the tub. Also you don't have to consume a litre of water with every scoop like they make out!

I have a major problem when im dieting and right now at present..! to be honest I use Benefibre only once in the morning and once at night. Gives me an extra 6g of fibre per day but to be honest that works perfect. I started on one a day first off. You may get pains in your stomach but its just because you tummy isnt use to it. Soon be fine! :) I don't take it on my carb up day because I get enough food in me so my saturday and sunday are fine. Five days a week though! :) Eat spinage broc etc they are really useful on making you go to the toilet!
All the boys that picked on you before...will now be very scarred!!! Well..its worked for ME!

6g extra is no where near enough on a proper keto or low carb diet though normally...

Calza 6g extra is no where near enough on a proper keto or low carb diet though normally... I understand what you are coming from but I was only saying 6g extra does it for me. I have around about 18g per day and with my body the 6g really helps and stops me from being bloated and allows me to go to the toilet twice a day :)
