Do a series of crunch and sit up sets to work the muscles if you want to build muscle as goal. If you want to show what you have u need to cut the fat do cardio in a energy deficit..go to cuitting section if this is the issue ...articles

Sit ups Crunches Leg Raises Deadlifts Alphabet Abs (One of my favorites where you trace each letter of the alphabet with your toes in the same position as a sit up) ^^ Burns like hell. I found that useful

Lol alphabet abs never heard that before. Sounds interesting! There are an endless amount of ab exercises out there, you could just try loads of them and see which you prefer! My favs are: Swissball crunches, roll outs, leg raises, wood choppers, windsheild wipers, v-sits, and isometric work such as holding a half lever position (hanging) or holding in a dish shape on the floor. I dont do all of those in a session, only 2 or 3 lol

Does sound a bit funny. Windshield wipers can be done a couple of ways. 1. Lay on your back and raise you legs off the ground, then keep your upperbody straight and flat on the floor and move your legs from side to side keeping them slightly raised off the floor (like windsheild wipers obviously ) 2. I prefer to do them hanging from a bar and lift your legs up straight so they are parallel to the floor. Then keep them there and 'wipe. them from side to side

my tips for abs? dont train them spend the time training your body to work as a unit with compounds any work you do on abs will have to be off set by lower back work this = me going for deabs/sqauts etc to 'develop' core strength if you want them showing, diet, if you want veins in them diet some more holding fat and banging out 200-300 sit ups a day is as useful as buying some toilet paper to make a boat to sail the atlantic deads sqauts diet cardio = abs with function and balance and visible
