Anybody use 'IObit SmartDefrag' for their PC??

Here's the link: www.iobit.com/SmartDefrag/index.html

I currently use their 'Advanced WindowsCare V2' when the link was posted a while back on this forum, but i just wondered whether it was worth downloading the SmartDefrag as well!?

Any feedback??

I would say yes, I wasnt aware that they made this but ill be giving it ago if AWC is anything to go by, considering that the Defrag built into XP really does very little, most will tell youto get a proper stand alone Degrag option.

i suggest Diskkeeper lite (i think it's actually spelt lite)

runs quickly and updates you every few days how many fragments the drive has increased by and recommends if you need a defrag or not. (+ % increase)

    it's free too

Other than the built in XP defrag, the only other one i have is what came with my Norton security software. Don't know if that one is any good or not?? ...hence why i thought about dowloading the IObit one.

O&O for me like CoNs, fanstastic product and bladdy cheap, also checkout Clevercache also does a very good job.

I ran the XP built in one and then the O&O one and it took 30 minutes to complete, yeah great product Microsoft!!!!
