Anyone Use Guerilla Cardio??

Hey

Just wondered if anyone here uses 'Guerilla Cardio'? www.cool.mb.ca/u49th/images/cardio.pdf (very slow download)

It's worked great for me in the past, I've lost 5%BF in 8 weeks befoer now.

Yes it is really good. It is the same thing than the HIIT everybody on this board is talking about. If you want to lose fat it is the good way to achieve it.

Yeah as I said I lost about 10lbs and went from 16% bodyfat to about 11% in 8 weeks. My diet was spot on but I overdid the long-duration cardio and lost a bit of muscle. It may seem like not enough (36 mins of cardio a week) but trust me 3x a week will work great, there's no need to do any more cardio. As long as your diet is good and you lift hard you can watch the fat fall of.
