Yeah as I said I lost about 10lbs and went from 16% bodyfat to about 11% in 8 weeks. My diet was spot on but I overdid the long-duration cardio and lost a bit of muscle. It may seem like not enough (36 mins of cardio a week) but trust me 3x a week will work great, there's no need to do any more cardio. As long as your diet is good and you lift hard you can watch the fat fall of.
