Anyone else struggling to workout in this weather

Well i suppose its alright if you go to an air conditioned gym but what about those of you who work out at home ? i workout in the garage and its unbearable in this heat so im frequently missing sessions.

Did 13 miles on the tread mill this morning, bloody hot and lost alot of fluids. Not felt great all day since.

Sure does hammer the body when electrolytes(sp?) are being shed.

I love the sunshine and been enjoying it as much as poss. But yeah it's starting to get tiring now. Harder to sleep, turn up to the gym feeling tired and then too hot to get a real good session.
Never thought I'd wish for cold........ not quite hating the heat that much yet but would be nice to be a "little tiny bit" cooler
