I've got big goals for next year!

20% body weight drop while increasing my total by 20%

This equates to 30kgs body weight drop and adding 100kg to my total (500 to 600)

So basically get(and stay) lighter while getting stronger!

Squat 220kg(3) - Bench 200Kg - Deadlift 250kg - Strict Press 130kg - Push Press 140kg

Drop to under 90k, get all my lifts up, especially my bench and squat and improve my grip strength.

To get and remain at 10% body fat. I have a terrible habbit of rebounding big time, so I'm never lean for more than a week

Yes it is! Going to work my @rse off( literally ) My squat is appalling so hoping to get most of my numbers from that. And I'll be in the SUC so before pics will be taken for that.

Have a tough year ahead, probably my toughest yet. If I get through it and can continue to train hard and eat well through the obstacles then that's a win for me.

Get back in the gym after 7 months of illness and absolutely no training, even if it's just squatting an empty bar to start with.

To smash all my current PB's at a lighter body weight is the goal.

To achieve this I need to be consistent with training, nutrition and most importantly not get injured.

Although I think goal number 1 is to unearth my abs for the first time ever.
