Anyone got any tips??
I have been weight training off and on for about 5years, and have decided to finally get "serious".
In the past i have always just used a strict-ish diet with protein drinks and creatine, but i'm looking for something to give me an added edge, as i'm stuck in a rut??
I have my first meal at 6.00am (protein drink and porridge oats)
Then at 9.00am have fruit and can of tuna
12.00 dinner time have tuna salad with steamed potatoes
3.00pm have protein drink and creatine
4.00-5.30 do workout
7.00 pm tea time (chicken breast, steamed potatoes and broccolli)
9.00pm bed time snack usually protein flapjack .
Thats roughly a normal days intake, with high intensity in gym.I'm trying to bulk and i would like to build my own stack, but there is too many products to choose from. If anyone can recommend any supplements i should already be taking, other than creatine. And if anyone can advise me to take something to help with strength gains, it will be mucho appreciated !!
