Anyone tried Ed Coan DL as part of a bodybuilding split?
So i've just started the Ed Coan 10 week deadlift routine.
Im a bodybuilder, so my primary goal is aesthetics, however, I do enjoy lifting heavy, hence this routine.
Im running it as part of my 6 day split, and using this for my heavy back workout.
Just wondering if anyone else has ran this programme, or something similar, as part of their bodybuilding split, and what types of results they've had with it?
Looking forward to seeing how I get on with it.
