I've worked in one. its not too bad as you can control when you want a call, after each call you can go on "not ready" and get a breather before the next call. You normally get loads of training on all scenarios and then you'll be sat with someone listening after that for a few weeks, before your on your own. My advice would be go along and sit with someone listen to the calls and decide if you wanna stay after.
Unless your in the complaints section then you should be fine
