Anything good you can do with cold Tuna?

Just wondered if anybody had some bright ideas on improving the palatablility of cold canned tuna other than banging some mayo on it.

The post on Tuna burgers was great, but at work it's not really an option (though we do have a microwave) and tuna on its own is pretty grim.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Jo.

I find that putting some salsa in it is good. It doesnt taste as good as mayo but it makes the tuna edible. I like to put some low fat mayo in (about 2 teaspoons) and a couple of tablespoons of salsa, now this tastes awesome.
Now most pepole have somthing agianst mayo, but if you get a good low fat one made with olive oil then theres some good fats in there. 2 teaspoons is about 3g of fat. I even use this when cutting.

    Keep beasting

How about tuna salad? I make one up and then use a low fat salad dressing on it.

similar for me also, tin of ravioli and tin of tuna, looks like something the cat brought up, but keep your eyes on the telly whilst dining and it aint so bad.
Cold i like to mix with chopped tomato, cucmber and sometimes sweetcorn, if i can be arsed maybe a chopped grilled chicken breast.

You could mix some sundried tomato paste through it with some light philadelphea (spelling?) or cottage cheese. trust me its good!
Or mix is with wholewheat pasta and add some fresh (or jar) pesto

I love tuna on its own - nice and easy, 5 or 6 big fork fulls and the tins gone.

I'd have to agree with the guy who said to put it in soup. I'm not the greatest fan of tuna, so I put it into Tomato Soup (weightwatchers variety as carbs very low) and have it like that. That might sound rotten but its actually a good way to get the tuna down you.
