Are You Training Today or Tomorrow?

I didnt go OTT on the beers last night so I could get out for HIIT this morning and one of the guys at the gym's opening it for an hour tomorrow morning so going along for a session then also.  I'm keen this year to keep training over the festive period so I can hit the ground running in the new year.

A few days off in the grand scheme of another 365 is nothing. I will be resting and replenishing my glycogen by smashing all food in sight. Will train again in a week!

I've just got back from the gym having don an upper body workout and will go tomorrow to do lower body.

There was a surprising number of people in the gym this morning, must have been at least 30 or so,mostly blokes but a hand full of lasses as well.

The only downside for me was the fact that the water was ice cold so couldn't have a shower at the gym.

Id train tomorrow if my gym was open. But my mrs is at work so I'll be on my own anyway , rather than it being a case of being desperate to train.

Just did 100 sit ups and 50 press ups at home to keep me ticking over
1st food was xmas dinner at 3pm yesterday but did carb up after that  so had nothing so far today. Still running comfortably on yesterday's grub.

Don't think I will be able to train tomorrow. I need at least a week to right myself after this epic food binge

Just returned from the gym after a lower body workout, the gym was surprisingly quite empty compared to last year when it was heaving on Boxing Day.

Yesterday was very busy in my gym.
