Here are some ideas which are all pretty simple. A diet is only as good if you can stick to it and learning how to combine foods in different ways makes it more interesting and sustainable.
Milk & cereal (an easy one to start with)
Chicken and spinach salad
Beef and sweetspuds (cottage pie)
Fish poached in milk, boiled eggs, spinach, sweetspuds (fish pie)
Bunless burger and baked sweetspud fries , with spinach salad
Fish on a bed of wilted spinach
As the wolf has said, apply these foods to your personal macros. Use my fitness pal to track.
Although I'd highly recommend a trip to the shops mate.
