Are there any bare bones cutting diet examples?

By bare bones I mean something simple than I can adapt to what's available.   NOT something that tells me to eat cream of rice with almond butter and a yam/apple pancake, or some food channel **** like that.
I'm looking for something like
 
meal1:  100g beef
50g good carb


 
Basically in my house I have spinach, lean beef mince, chicken breast, frozen white fish, sweet potato, eggs, milk and SULTANABRAN.
I'm sure I can create a diet based around these foods.

What aspects of putting together a food plan are you struggling with?
 
Just rotate protein, carb and fat choices around the foods you have (Although why is that all you have? Do you not eat anything else?)
 
So, just out meals together that total up to fit a daily macro goal (It doesn't have to be 100% accurate) 
 
You can have 3 meals a day, or 8 meals a day, depends on what suits your lifestyle ad goals.

It's like ready steady cook !

Here are some ideas which are all pretty simple. A diet is only as good if you can stick to it and learning how to combine foods in different ways makes it more interesting and sustainable.

Milk & cereal (an easy one to start with)

Chicken and spinach salad

Beef and sweetspuds (cottage pie)

Fish poached in milk, boiled eggs, spinach, sweetspuds (fish pie)

Bunless burger and baked sweetspud fries , with spinach salad

Fish on a bed of wilted spinach

As the wolf has said, apply these foods to your personal macros. Use my fitness pal to track.

Although I'd highly recommend a trip to the shops mate.

Squat 220kg(3) - Bench 200Kg - Deadlift 250kg - Strict Press 130kg - Push Press 140kg

really?  I thought that was quite a selection.  For a bachelor at least. I don't have any bread, I'm not strictly doing low carb, but I find it much easier to cut calories by just leaving carbs out of meals.

Might try that cottage pie tonight....

If that's all you have, you could do a lot worse.
 
I'd like to see more green veg, because it's just win win really. Filling, fibrous and healthy. 
 
Get some decent herbs and spices which can transform foods too. So many options out there to jazz food up.
