RE: Argenine Stack?
Employ usual eating after training as arginine is for effect during training, not after. Lasts approx 45 mins.

i) The stack should be taken 45mins to an hour prior to your work out. The stack must also be taken on an empty stomach (no food for 1-2 prior) and must not be consumed with protein or other aminos which may compete with components of the stack for absorbtion (for the stack to be effective it relies on the ingredients getting past your digestive system unhindered and into your blood stream as quickly as possible, hence the empty stomach rule and no protein or aminos rule).
Obviously pre-workout nutrition is very important, following the above rules your last meal will be have been 2-3 hours before your workout and this isn't ideal for best workout performance. Your blood sugar levels and amino acids levels will be teetering off, I therefore recommend taking a small protein and carb shake 30 mins after your NO stack (approx 30mins prior to your workout), consisting of 20-30g protein (you want fairly fast digesting so whey is ideal) and 30-40g medium complex carbs (oats, weetabix, with maybe a little malto or dextrose for immediate energy).
Remember also to drink plenty of fluids and water both before and after your workout and throughout the day in general. Staying properly hydrated not only optimising exercise performance, but the increased blood volume levels also make the effects of taking an NO / pump enhancing stack much better.
Finally you want to avoid using any stimulants such as caffeine and especially ephedrine, yohimbine or syneprine with this stack as these supps (known as vasocontrictors) have a negative effect on NO / pump enhancing stacks. Remember the basic stack contains quite a potent stimulant in the form of glucuronolactone, which not only gives you a boost but doesn't compete with the effects of the NO stack (hence it's inclusion).
