Arnold’s dumbbell press or the normal db press?

What is better for the shoulder exercise in your opinion? Arnold’s dumbbell press or the normal dumbbell press. I never see anyone down the gym doing the Arnold’s press? Is it for a particular reason?

I used to do Arnold press when I first started training, and had nothing but problems with my shoulders. I then switched to standing military press and everything has been fine since. So, I would go with normal dumbell press

Stick with dumbell presses or militarys mate. Arnold presses arent a natural range of motion, and in time will cause ur rotator cuffs to wear down.

Arnold presses makes your shoulders try to lift in two planes of motion and that can cause problems with rotator cuffs

IMHO Theres plenty other tricks that you could use, i.e set and rep range, rather than a exercises deemed dangerous.
